It is of the utmost importance to us that our VIP iGaming Executive Hosts provide the family-style service our guests have become accustomed to through their many visits to our beloved properties. If you have experience in offering white-glove service via consistent phone calls, creative emails, and thoughtful text messages, paired with a background in the casino industry, we want to speak with you! 

Day-to-Day: 

  • Manage a dedicated book of business of our highest value iGaming customers 
  • Analyze and maintain proper player reinvestment ratios 
  • Extend VIP-exclusive iGaming promotions
  • Build meaningful relationships through 4050 phone calls per day
  • Strategically email and text to extend offers, promotions, and events 
  • Educate guests on the importance of VIP along with providing them dedicated gaming resources 
  • Support teammates in the office five days a week, Monday through Friday 
  • Execute strategic marketing campaigns designed to enhance our guests' gaming experience 
  • Organize and make reservations to our properties nationwide on behalf of your VIP guests 
  • Attend meetings with leadership to ensure you are supported and equipped to perform your job at the highest standard 
  • Maintain healthy growth amongst all gaming metrics for the business youre responsible for 
  • Engage in actions that are ethical and in full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies 
  • Identify compliance risks and take actions necessary to eliminate or minimize these risks 
  • Champion within the organization a commitment to honesty, integrity, and responsible corporate behavior 

Necessary Skills: 

  • Impressionable conversations that are not easily forgotten by the recipient 
  • Empathy and listening skills to identify when a player may not be responsibly gaming 
  • Positive attitude even when faced with stressful and frustrating situations 
  • Creative thinking to create well-received VIP-exclusive marketing campaigns 
  • Leadership to not only keep yourself motivated but also your fellow teammates 
  • Knowledge in casino products and wagering strategy 
  • Professional yet personable, paired with discipline on when to use which 
  • Technologically inclined with the aptitude to learn new systems and software 

What You Will Need: 

  • Three+ years experience in Executive Hosting, preferably iGaming 
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience 
  • Knowledge of iGaming required 
  • High level of energy, enthusiasm, and passion for improving the VIP experience 
  • Experience in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, understanding analytics dashboards, and gaming technologies 
  • Must be able to obtain a gaming license in all jurisdictions Caesars casinos operate in 
  • Must be able to commute to the office each day 

Physical Requirements: 

  • Must have manual dexterity and coordination to operate office equipment including, but not limited to, computers, telephone/headset, etc. 
  • Must be able to work in moderate to loud noise conditions 
  • Must be able to make telephone calls for extended periods (minimum 40+ calls/day) 
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds 
  • Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondhand smoke 
  • Must be able to work for long periods of time, under fluorescent lighting 
  • Must be able to work at a desk, for most of the day, in a seated position 
  • Must be able to spend most of the day working off computer monitors and operating a keyboard 
  • Although most of the position will be spent seated at a desk, there will be occasions where the candidate must be able to remain on ones feet for long periods of time, and/or walk for long distances 
  • Must be able to travel as needed 
  • Must be able to meet business demands on weekends when necessary
