Manager of Casino Operations

Oversees all assigned Casino Games Operations on a specific shift including, but not limited to scheduling, training, procedural and regulatory compliance, credit authority, budget planning and implementation, with special emphasis on guest service. Provides visible leadership in gaming operations in order to provide excellent customer service and delivery of a great casino entertainment experience.
