ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The HR Generalist / SR. HR Generalist will administer a variety of tasks and provide support to all areas of the Human Resource department.
Strong communication and presentation skills are necessary. HR Generalist should have a working knowledge of all
Human Resource responsibilities. HR Generalist must possess the ability to prepare an array of spreadsheets and be
proficient with various types of computer software including Microsoft Office, Word, Power point and Excel. Perform all
other duties as assigned by management. Perform other special projects as assigned. Compensation for this role is based on experience. Entry level to experienced pay range - $50,000 - $60,0000 annually. 

Main responsibilities include leave of absence and attendance tracking. Issue documentation and ensure it is delivered to team member in a timely manner, unemployment claims, team member event planning, and many other HR initiatives. 

QUALFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED required. Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university preferred or (2) two years
related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience. Excellent computer skills, with a
solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, and an ability and willingness to learn new systems as implemented by the company
are required. Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and through written communications is
necessary. Must be at least 21 years of age or older and be able to obtain an Indiana Gaming and Horse Racing License.

work in a smoking environment. Must be able to work in a highly populated fast-paced and noisy environment.
