Job Duties
- Ensures that service and operational standards of the department are being met.
- Maintains administrative control of the department to ensure that all tasks contingent to the success of the operations are completed within the company standards.
- Oversees the day to day operations of Front Office and Guest Services including supervision of direct reports.
- Regular attendance for scheduled work required.
- Ensures direct reports carry out Family Style Service at all times.
- May perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Three years experience within hotel operations.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Required to perform the customer service standards of the department
Knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act respective to cashiering regulations, as well as company internal controls, policies and procedures.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Starting rate $50,000.00 - $52,000.00
