The Executive Chef of Hells Kitchen is a truly dynamic position giving an exceptional candidate a truly unique opportunity to express their creativity, lead a sizable and varied team, and operate a nationally renowned outlet. This job demands someone who can innovate and lead as this is a very nontraditional restaurant.

The focus will be on one ownable meal: A dynamic dinner anchored by an all-day high energy bar, highly visual with elements of fire, cutting-edge casual dining, centered around the kitchen, customers will be able to take experiences with them through retail offerings, social media interaction. The restaurant will bring to life the elements of the show creating an immersive experience that puts the guest not only in the dining room, but in the kitchen of the blue and red team. The restaurant is the kitchen, the kitchen is the restaurant.

Our ideal candidate:

Must have experience in a senior kitchen leadership position with proven results.

Must have previous experience in a high-volume environment with a minimum of three years as a specialty chef in a high-volume area.

Able to manage team of approx. 45-50 employees and 5 chefs.

Communication and administration skills

Passion for learning from food trends, food styling, and competition to continuously innovate.

Ability to maintain and further develop the standards set by Caesars Entertainment.

Work requires effective communication in English, both verbal and written form in a professional manner.

Bilingual abilities are a strong advantage Must present a neat and professional appearance.

Flexibility with working various shifts.

About the role:

Lead organization with methods and actions that are ethical and in full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Company policies.

Identify compliance risks and take actions necessary to eliminate or minimize risks.

Champion, within the organization, a commitment to honesty, integrity, and responsible corporate behavior.

Create a compliance culture within the organization and foster an environment where team members feel comfortable reporting potential violations or misconduct.

Work closely with FOH staff to ensure effective communication and delivering on an exceptional guest experience

Ensure quality food product and presentations meet Senior Management Team standards

Continues improvement of the outlet with a focus on training and developing new talent

Stringent expense management with a focus on food cost and labor management to meet budget targets

Meets attendance guidelines and adheres to regulatory, departmental and Company policies.

Innovation and attention to detail when creating menu items to.

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills to react quickly to a changing environment

Support and foster loyalty and conduct business in a professional manner always.

A few more things:

Ability to lift and carry large, heavy banquet trays and beverage trays weighing up to 30 lbs.

Ability to grasp, hold, reach, bend, push-pull, use a step stool, have hand-eye coordination

Ability to constantly walk and stand during shift

Mobility to move quickly and easily throughout the restaurant and kitchen areas

Ability to hear and use visual inspection.

Salary: $100k per year, depending on experience
