What You Will Do: 

  • Generate win/loss statements for customers
  • Generate deposit/withdrawal statements for customers
  • Updating customer mobile account addresses/phone numbers/emails
  • Update documentation on file such as drivers licenses
  • Processing KYC documentation
    • Selfie Sign-Ups
    • Onfido Submissions
    • Ontario Reviews
    • Nevada Paper Applications
  • Perform account adjustments
  • Respond to Support emails in a timely manner
  • Responsible for organization of documents to be scanned.
  • Work in accordance with department policy & procedures to comply with gaming statutes and regulations.
  • Other duties as required

What You Will Need: 

  • 1 + years Customer Support experience
  • 1+ years of experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • 1+ years of experience dealing with private/sensitive customer data
  • Ability to type 35 words per minute
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word & Excel
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must be confident in ones ability to assess situations and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work through high volume and stressful time periods.
  • Good interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle a diverse range of activities and effectively prioritize responsibilities

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time                                         
  • Must be able to lift, carry, pull or push 25lbs
  • Must be able to type for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to write for extended periods of time
