Job Duties
- Patrols nightlife venues, showroom, retail outlets and special events to preserve order among patrons and to protect property.
- Respond to all emergencies, i.e., fire alarms, medical aid, criminal, etc. to give necessary assistance.
- Circulates among customers to prevent improper activities and to detect persons causing disturbances with other guests, or damaging furnishings of establishment.
- Warns customers guilty of infractions and evicts them tactfully from premises if they become unruly or ejects them by force, if necessary.
- Observe, report, and take action on all suspicious or unusual situations and undesirables in the entertainment venue.
- Maintain a high level of personal integrity and moral conduct free of any questionable association.
- Provide and create a customer experience that exceeds expectations and builds loyalty.
- Practice teamwork and support fellow associates to create an energized, positive work atmosphere.
- Demonstrates Family Style Service at all times.
- May perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hotel/casino or law enforcement experience preferred, but not required.
- Handcuff/Restraint Training and Liquor Liability Training required.
- Must be able to handle all types of customer related situations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to investigate incidents and complete written reports as instructed.
- Must have ability to obtain CPR certification.
- Required to perform the customer service standards of the department.
- Knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act, as well as company and internal controls, policies and procedures.
- COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- $21.00 per hour
