ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop departmental procedures and polices to ensure compliance with internal controls and gaming regulations
  • Investigate shortages and errors, recommended and implement corrective action to protect company assets.
  • Analyze customer counts and trends to determine necessary staffing levels.
  • Ensure all departmental staff is trained on policies, procedures and methods.
  • Respond to guest complaints or problems and ensure corrective action is taken to prevent reoccurrence in the future.
  • Review departmental expenses and ensure compliance with the budget.
  • Other duties as assigned.
